Day of Coordinator
This package is perfect for couples who’ve handled the planning and want a professional to bring it all together. Your dedicated coordinator will connect with you virtually about two weeks before the ceremony to walk through every detail, then be right by your side on the wedding day to bring it all to life with ease and finesse. We flawlessly execute the plans you’ve so thoughtfully curated, with up to four hours of setup time, we handle the stressful moments, letting you float through your day feeling relaxed, radiant, and fully in the moment.
Month of Planning
For couples who’ve got the big picture in place and are ready to hand over the reins for the final stretch! About a month before your wedding, your lead planner will meet with you to fine-tune all the details, create a personalized timeline, and make sure everything is in place for the big day. You’ll have a direct line to us during business hours for any last-minute questions or updates. On the wedding day, we’ve got your back with a lead planner and two assistant planners who will manage all the behind-the-scenes magic, including a venue walkthrough and rehearsal coordination. We’ll handle the logistics so you can soak in every special moment, knowing everything is taken care of with ease and a smile!
Partial Planning
Blending personalized guidance with expert finesse, the Partial Planning package elevates your wedding journey. Beginning 2-4 months out, enjoy three virtual sessions with your lead planner to perfect your vision and build on what you’ve already created. We’ll assist with researching up to four key vendors, handle vendor communication, and deliver a custom planning deck packed with inspiring visuals. You’ll receive weekly emailed updates to keep you up to date in the planning process. We will walk the space with you to see just what you have envisioned. Your lead planner will personally guide your rehearsal the day before to make sure everyone is confident and ready to shine. On your big day, your planner and two assistants will flawlessly orchestrate every detail—from vendor arrivals to timeline flow—so you can savor every joyful moment without a worry.
Full Planning
Your wedding planner will be with you every step of the way, beginning 4 months to a year before your celebration. Through six virtual meetings and two in-person consultations, your dedicated lead planner will work closely with you to curate every detail of your big day. We’ll guide you through venue research and conduct a thorough walkthrough once your location is selected. Helping you choose the perfect vendors, we then manage all communication to ensure bookings proceed smoothly and stress-free. To bring your vision to life, a custom planning deck will be created, alongside a personalized timeline, and layout thoughtfully designed to ensure your day flows seamlessly from start to finish. Weekly emailed updates will keep you informed and confident throughout the process. On your wedding day, your lead planner and two assistants will be there to advocate for you and flawlessly orchestrate every moment.
